Healing Intensives

A personalized and immersive experience where clinical psychology, energy work, intuition, channeling, yoga, creativity, nature, and somatic practices come together to support growth and healing across mind, body, heart, and soul.

Healing Intensives are personalized, full-day experiences that bring together therapy, intuitive readings and channeling, energy healing, somatic work, and yoga to create space for healing, clarity, connection, and transformation.

Rather than working with one layer of your experience at a time, Healing Intensives allow us to explore the full picture—your thoughts and emotions, body and nervous system, patterns and relationships, energy, creativity, intuition, and soul.

Whether you’re moving through a difficult season, feeling stuck in patterns that are no longer serving you, navigating dark night of the soul, moving through a major transition or awakening, or simply feeling the nudge, Healing Intensives offer the time, space, guidance, connection, and support you need.

A modern approach for full, demanding lives

Sometimes, an hour just isn’t enough. Healing and Empowerment Intensives offer extended, focused time to do meaningful work, without the stop-start rhythm of hourly appointments.

Depending on your needs and intentions, your intensive can include:

  • Therapy and psychological exploration to understand and transform patterns, beliefs, wounds, relationships, and experiences

  • Intuitive readings, channeling, and mediumship to illuminate unseen dynamics, access guidance, and connect with your higher self, spirit guides, or ancestors

  • Reiki and energy healing to work with the energetic layers of your experience and support greater balance, alignment, and connection

  • Somatic and nervous system work to explore how your experiences are held and expressed through the body

  • Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and movement to deepen embodiment, awareness, and connection

  • Creative, artistic, and experiential practices to access parts of your experience that may not be reached through words alone

  • Nature-based practices, to connect with the grounded, loving, wise, and supportive energy of the earth

Sample Intensive Structure

While this structure is a typical starting point, intensives are always customized to meet your unique needs.

Consultation

If you have questions or aren’t sure whether an intensive is right for you, schedule a free consultation where I can answer questions and help you decide whether now is the right time for a therapy intensive.

1-Hour Introduction Session (1-2 weeks prior to your intensive; in-person or virtual)

  • We meet to discuss your background, strengths, challenges, intentions, and goals, as well as the offerings, activities, and approaches that resonate most with you.

Personalized Plan

  • Following our introduction session, I create a thoughtfully curated plan based on your intentions, needs, preferences, and the modalities that feel most supportive.

  • While your personalized intensive plan serves as a roadmap for our work, I encourage clients to remain flexible and responsive to what arises during the intensive itself. Some of the most meaningful breakthroughs happen when we follow the wisdom of the moment, rather than a predetermined plan.

Day-Long Intensive (apx. 5 hours, including a break for lunch; in-person or virtual)

  • A dedicated space for deep healing, self-exploration, and transformation

  • Your day may weave together therapy, somatic work, intuitive reading and channeling, Reiki and energy healing, yoga or movement, meditation, expressive arts, nature, ritual, reflection, or other experiential practices

  • Because we are not constrained by the limits of a traditional therapy session, we have space to talk, feel, move, receive, create, connect, rest, integrate, and simply be.

1-Hour Integration and Follow-Up (2-3 weeks after your intensive; in-person or virtual)

  • Intensives are launching pads that help you begin to feel and embody change that you can then translate into your daily life. Post-intensive sessions provide the opportunity to reflect on your experience, process insights, celebrate shifts, and address any challenges that may have arisen as you integrate the work. We'll discuss what's changed, what you're noticing, and how to continue building on the momentum created during the intensive.

  • Additional follow-up sessions are always available as needed.

    Healing Intensives

I offer healing intensives Virtually and at WeBreathe Wellness in Walpole, MA. The space is beautiful, bright, spacious, and calming; however, it is in a building with other practitioners and businesses.

All therapy and experiential activity spaces are private, with shared restrooms, hallways, and kitchen space.

If you are looking for a completely private, serene experience away from other humans, I recommend the Retreat option.

    $2300

  • A scenic mountain landscape featuring a lake in the foreground, a wooden cabin with outdoor seating and umbrellas, tall evergreen trees, and snow-capped mountains in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

    Healing Retreats

For those seeking a retreat-like experience, your intensive can be held at a thoughtfully selected private retreat space or Airbnb. This option offers a more immersive environment, allowing you to step outside of daily routines and deepen into the work with additional space, privacy, and presence.

Retreats are a great option for those who feel drawn to incorporating more nature-based elements into their healing process, as this is not always feasible at the Walpole location.
