Welcome to Soul Space Psychology

Integrative therapy for deep, lasting healing across all the layers of you—mind, body, heart, and soul.

I believe that for most of us …

growth and healing are not just thought. They are embodied, felt, and experienced across mind, body, heart, and soul.

If you’ve done the reading, the reflecting, the podcast listening, and maybe even the talk therapy, but you still feel lost, burdened, or stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you—I see you, and I’ve got you.

I offer integrative therapy and focused therapy intensives that combine insight-building with relational, somatic, energetic, and experiential practices to help clients move beyond awareness and coping toward authentic, embodied change and healing that lasts.

Here for it all… the shadows, the joy, and the magic of transformation.

Many of the people I work with are:

  • Thoughtful, reflective, and self-aware

  • Capable and successful but quietly carrying more than others realize

  • Seeking deeper meaning, purpose, connection, or authenticity in their lives

  • Neurodivergent and/or creative; they feel as though they don’t fit easily into society’s prescribed boxes

  • Recovering from disordered eating, trauma, burnout, people-pleasing, or perfectionism

  • Curious about embodiment, somatics, energy psychology, or holistic healing

  • Intuitive, but may struggle to differentiate intuition vs. anxiety

If you find yourself:

  • Exhausted from holding it all together while struggling in silence

  • Stuck in frustrating patterns despite years of therapy, self-reflection, or personal growth work

  • Surviving, functioning, and getting through the day, but not truly living

  • Feeling disconnected from your body, emotions, intuition, or sense of self

  • Feeling chronically misunderstood

  • Hiding, suppressing, or making parts of yourself smaller to be accepted

  • Spending so much time attending to others' needs that you've lost touch with yourself

You may benefit from an integrative, relational, and embodied therapeutic approach.

About Me

Photo of Dr. Lauren Zaniboni, Clinical and Somatic Psychologist in Walpole, MA

It’s nice to meet you.

I’m Dr. Lauren Zaniboni, a Clinical and Somatic Psychologist based in Massachusetts. I offer psychotherapy and focused, retreat-like therapy intensives that go beyond awareness, coping, and symptom management to help clients heal across the many layers of their experience.

My work is grounded in the understanding that wellbeing is rooted in connection—to ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, our surroundings, and a higher sense of meaning and purpose. I help my clients explore, experience, build, and restore these connections through cognitive, relational, somatic, and energetic practices.

While I work with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence-related issues, I specialize in working with folks navigating disordered eating and body image issues, trauma, life transitions, and identity work. In addition to my clinical training, my presence with clients is also informed by my experiences as a reiki master healer, yoga teacher, intuitive, artist, and former high-level athlete.

I want you to know that parts of you are welcome and safe with me, including the ones that feel messy, uncertain, or hard to name. My goal is to create a space where you can show up authentically, without masks, defenses, or the pressure to perform. There is no judgment or shame, no emotion too big, no experience too complicated, and no topic too taboo.

I am both a trusted guide and fellow traveler. My own journey of shadow work, transformation, trauma healing, and cancer survivorship has shown me that life’s greatest challenges can also be portals to empowerment, freedom, and vitality. It is a joy and honor to guide and support my clients through their process of healing old wounds, releasing blocks and limitations, and becoming the most authentic, embodied, alive versions of themselves.

Tailored Support That Meets You Where You Are

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Whether you’re looking for condensed and transformative therapy intensives, or more consistent support, I’m here to support you.

    Therapy Intensives

For those who are seeking deep healing across mind, body, heart, and soul, intensives are powerful containers for focused work in a condensed format. They offer a personalized experience tailored to your unique needs, goals, and schedule and are designed to support deep change and healing in days, rather than months or years.

    Therapy

Some seasons call for consistent support. I offer integrative therapy sessions that follow the more traditional weekly or bi-weekly session format. Therapy sessions offer a grounded, connected, and safe space to explore patterns, gain clarity, work through trauma, heal your nervous system, and reclaim your authenticity, power, and purpose.

We may be a good fit if:

You're looking for a therapist who is genuine, engaged, authentic, and human

You want to feel more connected to yourself, others, your body, your story, your intuition, or your purpose

You resonate with the idea that healing is multidimensional and involves more than understanding your story or changing your thoughts

You feel that something is no longer working for you but you can’t quite put the pieces together to integrate the change you want into your daily life

You are navigating disordered eating, a clinical eating disorder, trauma healing, identity work, or a life transition and are looking for a therapist with expertise in these areas

You are looking for a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs, goals, strengths, and challenges, not a one-size-fits-all solution

You are creative, curious, and looking for new ways of understanding yourself, others, your experiences, your body, and your nervous system

You identify as neurodivergent and are looking for a therapist who doesn’t ask you to wear a mask

You are ready to experience the magic and power of returning to yourself, your heart, your soul, and/or your body

We may not be a great fit if:

You prefer a “blank slate in a suit” style of therapist

You prefer a structured, highly clinical approach to therapy

You’re looking for a quick fix solution

You are not interested in exploring holistic or integrative healing modalities

You are primarily seeking symptom management through a directive, skills-based approach

Therapy With Me Is

  • A close-up of a hand with a gold ring on the index finger, reaching towards the sun in a forest. The sunlight creates a lens flare and bokeh effect with blurred trees in the background.

    Grounded & Embodied

Deep healing and transformation can only take place in a trusted, safe, secure container. It is my priority to create a grounded space where you feel held, supported, and able to feel, explore, and safely navigate every thought, feeling, and emotion that arises.

  • Two hands gently holding each other in a sunset or sunrise setting with warm, golden light.

    Authentic & Connected

I believe that humans are wired for connection, and that healing happens inside our relationships with ourselves, others, and the world around us. I show up with authenticity, curiosity, compassion, and genuine presence, to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, understood, and supported.

  • View through a window showing a mountain landscape, with a hanging lamp and pink flowers on the window sill interior.

    Experiential & Creative

Some layers of our experience can’t be accessed through words alone. Experiential practices, including somatic journeying, guided imagery, expressive arts, yoga, Energy Psychology, and nature-based techniques can support deeper exploration, insight, and healing when words alone are not enough.

  • Transformative

Lasting change takes more than insight. It requires lived, embodied shifts in our patterns of thinking, feeling, relating, and behavior. That’s why we go beyond symptom management to help you move past coping into true freedom so that you can to step forward into the life you imagine for yourself.

I can’t tell you how to live, but I can show you how to be fully, authentically, vibrantly alive.
