General Reading
For when you feel the nudge, but don’t have a specific issue or question in mind. Or, you want to leave it up to Spirit to deliver the messages you most need at this time. We’ll take a look at the overall energy, themes, and unseen dynamics happening in your life right now. Your higher self and spirit guides provide a bird's-eye view of your path, offering the clarity and intuitive guidance you need to navigate your present situation with confidence and clarity.
-
Specific Question
A targeted, deep-dive session designed to bring clarity to a particular situation, theme, issue, decision, or crossroads. We can start with a specific question, or set the intention to receive information around a particular theme (ex. career, love, relationships). We’ll tune into the energy, as well as your higher self, spirit guides, and ancestors to help you gain clarity and identify steps you can take toward peace, wholeness, and fulfillment.

Soul Path Reading
Soul Path readings are for those who are on a journey toward aligning with their souls plan and highest purpose for this lifetime. This session goes deep to connect with your spiritual and energetic blueprint, in order to uncover the overarching life themes, repeating patterns, and growth areas your soul is navigating. Soul Path readings also serve as activations that reconnect you with your authentic purpose, unique gifts, and the most aligned steps for your highest evolution.
Why Readings & Activations?
My readings are not simply predictions, they are also frequency activations designed to help you experience, embody, and hold the thoughts, feelings, and frequencies you need to manifest your highest, most peaceful, fulfilling, and abundant timeline. Following the guidance of your higher self, spirit guides, and ancestors, we explore and assess your current situation with the intention to connect you with the information, thoughts, feelings, and energies you need to take the next step forward in our soul’s growth and evolution.
If you’re on a healing or personal growth journey and are seeking connection, guidance, clarity, or help embodying the frequency of the life you are trying to create, I would love to help.
Hi, I’m Lauren! I have been able to read subtle and unseen energies since I was a little girl. This includes the energies of people, objects, and situations, as well as ancestors, spirit guides, spirit babies, and loved ones that have passed.
It is a joy and honor to use this gift (which once felt like a curse!) to help others find their way. Whether you want to better understand yourself or your situation, identify actions that are aligned with your desires, feel comfort and connection during a difficult time, or align with your most authentic and abundant timeline, I’m here to be your guide.
In addition to my training as a reader and medium, readings with me are also informed by my experiences as a Clinical Psychologist, Reiki Master Healer, Cancer Survivor, and Artist.
